I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Virginia, working with clients via telehealth across Virginia, DC, Colorado, Utah, and Florida.

My clinical focus centers on adults unpacking the long-term effects of unhealthy family dynamics which include parentification, emotional enmeshment, anxious attachment, and the fawn response. If you grew up feeling responsible for managing others' emotions, or like love was something you had to earn, that's exactly the kind of pattern I help people understand and move through.

I came to this work with my own lived experience of how formative relationships shape the way we see ourselves and move through the world. That informs how I show up, not as someone handing down answers from above, but as a real person who takes this work seriously.

I believe change is possible no matter where you are in life. Not easy but possible. What I've seen over and over is that the thing most in the way isn't willpower or effort. It's self-trust. Rebuilding that is one of the core threads running through everything I do. When you start to actually trust yourself, the decisions get clearer, the relationships get healthier, and the life you want starts to feel less out of reach.​​​​
